This will help repair any damaged DNA, reduce inflammation, increase your circulation and it will also stimulate collagen production, all things that will help keep you looking a lot younger for a lot younger. Not only that, but these foods also fight off diseases and illnesses that can put an early end to your life, such as cancer.

Acai

You’ve heard about it, you’ve thought about it, but when you see the price tag that comes with acai berries you have probably passed up on it. Acai berries are definitely worth your time, as they have twice as many antioxidants as blueberries (a key nutrient group in keeping you looking young) and they have several other nutrients that benefit your appearance, such as the omega fatty acids, fiber, calcium, and several other vitamins and minerals that we need.

Blueberries

Blueberries are definitely a fruit we should all be eating more of.
